Hours of Operation

We are open from 6:00 AM 6:00 PM - Monday thru Friday. Please make sure your child is picked up on time to avoid a late fee which is $1.00 per minute. This late fee is due within 24 hours (cash only).

Our preschool door is always open during preschool hours and you are welcome to come in anytime. We keep all other doors locked for safety reasons. ARCP has installed videos outside that run 24/7 for the protection of our school. The church office is located on the north side of the grounds which allows them to see who is coming and going from our facility during their working hours.

Holidays/ In-Service Days

The following is a list of PAID Holidays and In-Service Days. ARCP will be CLOSED on these days. If these Holidays/In-service Days fall on a day your child attends, you will be expected to pay.

Two days a year the staff at ARCP will attend "In-service" days. This allows the teachers to familiarize themselves with new teaching skills, techniques and materials. The school will be closed during this time. We will give our parents at least a 30 day notice of these days.
